By using the SAWM 360 application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

SAWM 360 is a mobile application that combines Islamic fasting with the benefits of intermittent fasting. The application provides prayer times, a religious calendar and fasting tracking tools.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the application in a legal manner and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the application for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access unauthorized parts of the application
  • Disrupt or damage the operation of the application
  • Copy, modify or distribute content without authorization

4. User Account

For certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Immediately notifying of any unauthorized use

5. In-App Purchases

The application offers tip options via in-app purchases. These tips are voluntary and do not unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit and are subject to Apple's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the application, including texts, graphics, logos and software, is the property of OKTRA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Prayer times are provided for informational purposes and may vary according to local observations.

8. Personal Data

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the application.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute will be subject to the competent jurisdiction.
